North Haven firefighter DeSimone promoted posthumously to lieutenant

The North Haven Fire Commission held a special meeting Monday night and promoted firefighter Anthony DeSimone posthumously to lieutenant. DeSimone died suddenly at home after a 38-hour shift last Thursday evening.
