New Haven Death Ruled A Homicide

(NEW HAVEN,Conn./CBS Connecticut)  –  The death of a 52 year old woman in New Haven has been ruled a homicide.Midday Thursday  New Haven Police ,Firefighters and EMT’s  responded to  the report of a deceased person  inside  39D Jennings Way.
The person has been identified as  Sherri Ann Ruffin, who  lived at that address.
