Mom arrested after 4-month-old baby found unresponsive

WESTMINSTER, Calif. - A 29-year-old mother in Westminster, California was arrested after her baby was found unresponsive, police said Wednesday. Her boyfriend said she “kept laughing” when he asked what happened to their baby, according to KTLA.
Westminster police officers responded to their home about 10:55 p.m. Tuesday.
