Missing Enfield man is home and safe: police

A 20-year-old Enfield man who was reported missing on Tuesday has returned home safely, according to East Windsor police. The search for Julius Stocinis was focused in Scantic River State Park in East Windsor after Stocinis’ burned out car was found on Melrose Road near the park on Tuesday.
