Milford bank robbery suspect arrested in Rhode Island

MILFORD–A suspect has been arrested after a bank robbery.
On August 19, the People’s United Bank located at 1636 Boston Post Rd. was robbed at about 4:15 p.m. Police say a man entered the bank through the front door, and passed a note to the teller stating he had a weapon and demanded money from the drawer. The suspect never showed his weapon, and after he was given the money he ran away towards Woodruff Road.
