Man shot in abdomen in Hartford

HARTFORD–Police are investigating a shooting in Hartford. A man was shot in the abdomen at 131 Hebron St. Deputy Chief Brian Foley says that the victim was taken to St. Francis, and his injuries are currently believed to not be life threatening.
