Man Arrested In South Windsor Home Invasion

(South Windsor, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – South Windsor police have made an arrest in a weekend armed home invasion.
Around 2 o’clock Sunday morning, police say they responded to a home on Chapel Road.
The homeowner told them he and his two children were awakened by a masked intruder armed with a gun.
The suspect, indentified as 50-year-old Robert Cummings of East Hartford, took off.
Officers found a moped and also found that Cummings had ditched a sweatshirt, mask, flashlight and gun
