Malloy To Activate Cold Weather Protocol

HARTFORD, Conn. (CBS Connecticut and AP) – Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy says he will activate the state’s severe cold weather protocol in anticipation of single-digit temperatures and below-zero wind chills that are forecast over the next couple of days.
