Lost Goat Reunited With Owner In Hartford’s North End

(CBS Connecticut) — A lost goat was found in an unusual location: Hartford’s Blue Hills neighborhood.
Officers used an improvised leash to keep the goat from running away.
The department says the Hartford Yard Goats suggested a farm that could take care of the animal temporarily.
The owners arrived a short time later to claim the goat.
