Large House Fire in Fairfield

(Fairfield, CONN/ CBS Connecticut)– Firefighters are battling a large house fire on Old Post Road in Fairfield Saturday morning.
Flames were initially reported around 1:30 am. Officials say multiple people in the home have been hospitalized. Their injuries are unknown.
Mutual aid from Bridgeport, Westport, and Easton are assisting Fairfield in battling the flames.
