Judge orders physiological evaluation for Suffield mom for leaving child in hot car

SUFFIELD — A Suffield woman is accused of leaving her daughter in a hot car while she went grocery shopping.
Lisa Marie Murphy faces a risk of injury charge.
On Monday, a judge ordered her to go for a physiological evaluation, and she did not have a court appearance, as police originally told Fox CT .
Police say she left her 8-month-old in her car Sunday while she went into the Highland Park Market on Bridge Street.
She told police that she was inside for just five minutes.
