Jackknifed truck caused miles of delays on I-95 North in Fairfield

A jackknifed truck caused delays on Interstate 95 North in Fairfield and congestion for miles. There were more than three miles of delays between exits 18 and 21 after a tractor-trailer jackknifed between exits 19 and 21, according to the state Department of Transportation. The scene has since cleared.
