Home team does well at American Legion Tourney

The American Legion northeast regional baseball tournament got under way Thursday at Muzzy Field in Bristol. The host team Bristol Post 2 won a tough game against the Massachusetts Lowell team 1-0. The other local team RCP Post 105 out of Cromwell destroyed the Colchester Vermont 14-1. Both teams are back in action Friday.
