Hartford Primary Day: Mayor Segarra vs. Bronin

HARTFORD -- Tuesday night was the eve of the democratic primary election in the city of Hartford, where incumbent Mayor Pedro Segarra will square off against the Democratic Party endorsed candidate, Luke Bronin.
Both candidates were out and about trying to get as many votes as possible Tuesday.
