Hartford Police ID Victims In Deadly Hit-And-Run

(Hartford, CONN. / CBS Connecticut) — Hartford police have identified the victims in a deadly hit-and-run crash on Vine Street Tuesday night.
Tina Fontanez, 24, of Hartford was killed and Catalina Melendez, 23, of Hartford was critically injured in the crash, police said Wednesday afternoon. Melendez was being treated at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
Authorities say they have located the vehicle involved.
