Hartford Man Charged After Rhode Island Motorcycle Chase

WESTERLY, R.I. (CBS Connecticut and AP) – A Connecticut man who authorities say was part of a group of motorcyclists that led police on a high-speed chase in Rhode Island is facing charges.
