Hardware store owner helps homeless man in the bitter cold

HAMPTON, Va. (WTKR)-- Bill Mitchell is the owner of Beach Hardware in Hampton's Buckroe Shopping Center.
The business, which has been in the family for 60 years, was open the day after the big snow storm hit last week. That's when Bill took action for a homeless man.
Bill says he first ran into the man outside of his store the day after the blizzard.  Bill was shoveling snow off the sidewalk and the man he identified as Leroy Halstead approached him in his wheelchair and asked if he could
