Governor Selects New Nominee For State Supreme Court

(CBS Connecticut) — The governor today announced he will nominate Gregory D’Auria to serve on the state Supreme Court.
D’Auria currently works in the state attorney general’s office.
“If given the opportunity by the General Assembly, I plan to work hard at justifying the trust you have placed in me,” D’Auria said.
The nomination must be approved by lawmakers, before D’Auria can join the state high court.
