Four water main breaks in 24 hours cause headaches for homeowners

WEST HARTFORD– A fourth water main break has caused issues for people in West Hartford. The break at 303 Westmont Street is estimated to take 2 horus to repair due to the ice and location of the break. The break is affected 12 homes in the area.
Officials say service is restored after a water main broke on Garfield Road in Rocky hill.
