Former Middletown Man Back On Land After Week At Sea

BOSTON (CBS Connecticut) – A Vermont man who spent a week at sea in a life raft before being rescued by a passing freighter has arrived at a Boston Coast Guard base.
Nathan Carman, who grew up in Middletown, was transported by a Coast Guard vessel from the freighter to the base at about 9:45 a.m. Tuesday.
