Flash floods in southeastern Connecticut wreaking havoc on evening commute

WATERFORD--Extreme flooding in southeastern Connecticut is causing havoc on the roads.
In Waterford, the road has collapsed near 19 Mullen Hill Rd. due to the rain. There's also flooding on Route 32 at Benham Avenue after an issue with a manhole cover, and Route 85 at I-95 is closed.
