Flash flooding warnings issued for Hartford and Tolland counties

There is a flash flood warning in effect for both Hartford and Tolland counties through 7:15 p.m. as storms start to move in. A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for all of Connecticut until 8 p.m. Storms that do develop could contain lightning, gusty winds and heavy rain.
