Flash flooding warnings expire as storms move out

Flash flood warnings in effect for Hartford, Tolland and Windham counties have expired as storms move out of the state. A severe thunderstorm watch remained in effect for all of Connecticut through 8 p.m. Our NBC CT meteorologists say about three inches of rain has already fallen in the Granby and Enfield areas. Some small hail has also been reported....
