Five Teens Charged After High-Speed Chase

WEST HAVEN, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Five teenagers from New Haven face charges in juvenile court, after state police say they led authorities on a high-speed chase in a stolen Jeep Wrangler early Wednesday morning.
