Firefighters respond to house fire in Branford

BRANFORD — Firefighters are responding to a house at Boston Post Road.
Firefighters say that heavy fire was seen as they arrived and that the flames were coming up through the roof.
Guilford and North Branford departments were also on scene to battle the fire.
Firefighters have said that this fire has gone into defensive operations.
