Fire Scorches Stamford Condo Complex

(Stamford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – Stamford firefighters were able to make quick work of a Wednesday evening fire that threatened an entire condominium complex.
The call came in around 7:30 p.m. to the Waterside Green complex on Southfield Avenue of a brush fire.
Upon arrival, crews found a rapidly spreading blaze in which three floors and the attic of a building were involved.
The fire went to three alarms and was able to be contained to two units.
