Father Charged After One Month Old Child Dies

(ROCKY HILL,Conn./WTIC News) – State Police have arrested a Rocky Hill man following the death of his one month old child.Rocky Hill Police received a 911 call from a distraught mother who reported her child was not breathing,She said she was with the father at the Residence Inn on Cromwell Avenue.
