East Hartford Man Shot, Killed in New Haven

Police are investigating a homicide after a man was shot on Forbes Avenue Thursday morning. Police said officers responded to 270 Forbes Ave. at 11:06 a.m. and found the victim, who was later identified as 39-year-old Juan Carlos Colon of East Hartford.
