DMV computer upgrade finished early, some services online Saturday night

WETHERSFIELD – The Department of Motor Vehicles completed the creation of several new online services ahead of schedule, as well as an overhaul of registration computer systems. DMV has been closed for many services during the last week for this upgrade.
Work on installing online services went so smoothly officials were able to launch the new services Saturday night, vs. Tuesday night, according to DMV spokesman Bill Seymour.
