DMV Computer Upgrade Completed

 WETHERSFIELD, Conn. (AP) _ Connecticut’s Department of Motor Vehicles has completed a major computer upgrade a few days early and says online services are available again.
Branch offices have been closed for a week for the upgrade, and Commissioner Andres Ayala Jr. warns there will be long lines on Tuesday when offices reopen for registration-related services.
