Demonstrations In Waterbury, Nationwide

(Waterbury, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – The group Act for America is holding a demonstration today in Waterbury against Muslim Sharia law at 235 Grand Street at 10:00 this morning.
At roughly the same time, Waterbury’s Muslim community outreach is holding an informational session just up the street.
Brass City police say they have met with leaders from both groups and are prepared for the events today.
Demonstrations against Sharia are taking place across the country today.
