Dashcam captures good samaritans saving jogger’s life

GRAFTON -- The moment an Ohio couple and a police officer saved the life of a man who collapsed during his daily jog in July was caught on camera.
“About three miles out, I felt like I was going to pass out, and I said, 'Well, I need to get out of the road,” Gerry Fowle told WJW.
