Cop Pulls Child From Hot Vehicle

(Norwalk, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – A Norwalk police officer had to rescue a child accidentally locked in a car.
It happened at the Rowayton Library around 11:30 Friday morning.
Police say an officer responded to a report of the one-year-old little girl in a BMW.
She was described as red faced and sweaty.
The officer, Jeremy Salley, had to knock out a window with a spring loaded window punch to climb inside and get the little one.
EMS evaluated and cleared the child at the scene.
