Connecticut Bulk Mail Executive Pleads Guilty To Fraud

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — The operator of a Connecticut-based bulk mailing firm has pleaded guilty to federal mail fraud charges stemming from a postage scam.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 54-year-old Robert Kuss of Cheshire stole about $750,000 worth of postage for his Creative Marketing Group by using false documentation that indicated he had already paid for the mailings through an advance deposit account.
