Conn. man arrested in connection with Oct. 5 street takeover in Boston

A Connecticut man has been arrested in connection with a “violent” street takeover event in Boston back in October. David Antonio Moran, 19, of Norwalk, Connecticut, was arrested early Thursday morning in Norwalk, according to Boston police.
