Comcast internet service problem said to be resolved

HARTFORD — Problems are being resolved according to Comcast for Comcast internet customers nationwide according to the company.
The website Downdetector.com showed a spike in service complaints from Comcast customers that started around 1 pm Eastern time.
A company spokesperson said in a statement:
On Monday, Nov. 6, our network experienced a service disruption affecting some customers with IP-based services. The disruption was caused by a configuration error. We know how important these s
