Clouds roll in overnight with wind picking up; Breezy Thursday

Clouds will roll in tonight and it will be breezy. It will be clearing tomorrow, but the breezy weather will continue. Friday through Sunday will be nice but still chilly. As of now, it looks warmer as we head towards Monday.
