Child Struck By Car Dies

(East Hartford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – East Hartford police say a little boy struck by a car Sunday has now died.
The 2-year-old child was struck by a motor vehicle Sunday morning at 121 Sawka Drive.
First responders and officers found the boy inside a home at 125 Sawka Drive, where he’d been taken by family members after he was hit.
The child was rushed to Hartford Hospital.
His name was not released by police.
The investigation is continuing.
