Child Burned In Critical But Stable Condition

NEW LONDON, Conn. (AP) – Police are investigating after a 2-year-old boy was found in a Connecticut residence with life-threating burns to half his body.
Police say an ambulance was sent to the New London residence Sunday morning after a report that the boy was having trouble breathing.
Emergency responders determined he was suffering from first- and second-degree burns.
He was taken to Lawrence + Memorial Hospital and later airlifted in critical condition to Shriners Hospitals for Childre
