Car Hits West Hartford Home

(West Hartford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – A man was treated for minor injuries this morning after West Hartford police say he drove a car into a house.
At around 7:45 a.m., police say the vehicle, a 2008 Audi, driven by 60-year-old Richard Lijedahl, struck the home at 70 Brookmoor Road.
He was treated at Hartford Hospital.
A person in the room where the vehicle entered was not injured.
The house sustained extensive damage, according to police.
