Car goes into canal in West Haven

WEST HAVEN — West Haven Police and Fire departments are on the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Spring Street, where a car went into a canal on Tuesday morning. A woman, who was the lone occupant of the car, did manage to get out uninjured.
