Brush fire shuts down Metro-North, Amtrak in West Haven

WEST HAVEN  – A large brush fire has jumped the Metro-North and Amtrak tracks, shutting down the New Haven line. It is specifically a compost pile on that is on fire and melted wires along the river and I-95.
