Brookfield school board sued by former superintendent

BROOKFIELD – A former school district superintendent who was let go for nto catching budgeting irregularities is suing the board for wrongful termination.
Brookfield Police started the investigation into accusations of an official stealing from the school district’s budget on January 28, 2015 after a complaint was made.
Anthony Bivona, of West Hartford, was fired in 2014 for what he says was unjust cause.
His firing came after Art Colley, 57, of Danbury, the former director
