Breezy, cold night with temps in the mid 20s; chilly, sunny Thanksgiving

Today is the busiest travel day of the year, so of course we had some rain to deal with! The rain is over now and clouds will continue to break as the breeze picks up. Wind gusts could reach up 30 miles an hour.
The wind will diminish overnight, towards daybreak with lows in the 20s.
