Ask the Attorney – New injuries aggravated old injuries

Ask the Atty, I was injured in an accident in June of this year and while I was on my way to physical therapy, a car broadsided me, breaking my wrist and re-aggravating my injured back. It’s a whole different injury from the first accident. Should I quickly settle my first accident or just focus on my new injuries? Please help! –Danny
