Ask the Attorney – Moving mishap

Atty Haymond, I was moving furniture out of a condo when first the rail then the stair broke while I was carrying a couch. My ankle snapped and the couch broke when I dropped it. Who is responsible for my injuries and how do I go about dealing with it? Frank D.
