Arrest Made In Windsor Bank Rob

(Windsor, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – A bank robbery investigation in Windsor this morning turned, for a brief time, into an investigation into an explosive device.
Police say it turned out to be a facsimile device that 59-year-old Arthur Thompson was carrying this morning when he was picked up following the  robbery at the Santander Bank on Windsor Avenue.
They say Thompson fled the scene on a bike to elude capture.
