Arrest made in Norwalk pawn shop armed robbery

NORWALK – An arrest has been made in the armed robbery of a Norwalk pawn shop. On Thursday, federal marshals in North Carolina arrested Donald Outlaw, 28, of Hartford, in High Point North Carolina. The Norwalk Police Department had an active arrest warrant for Outlaw for his involvement in the September 9 armed robbery of the Gold Rush Pawn Shop located at 495 Connecticut Avenue.
