Arrest In Death Of Hartford 1-year-old

(CBS Connecticut) — Hartford Police today announced they have arrested the mother in the death of her young child on Elmer Street.
Tamara Santana is charged with negligent homicide, second degree manslaughter and reckless endangerment.
The 27-year-old Hartford resident’s bond was set at $1-million.  She was already jailed on separate charges.
