FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – An Arkansas couple was arrested over the weekend after their 1-year-old tested positive for methamphetamine, according to a preliminary arrest report. Matthew Wade Faith, 46, and Brandi Williams, 29, were arrested on Oct. 22nd on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, according to KFSM.
